Hamza Jelić
Hamza Jelić is trainer and founder of first online Debate Academy in the Balkans. With more than a decade of experience in debating, public speaking and training, he decided to build community that will, instead of growing apart, grow together through discussions.
He is also founder of "Argumentum", first Debate club at the University of Sarajevo.

Mia Rabljenović, a talented photographer and content creator, passionate about visual storytelling and crafting engaging digital experiences. She brings creativity and a keen eye for detail, enhancing the association’s marketing efforts with compelling visuals and innovative content.
Željko Maksimović is a project coordinator with extensive experience in the NGO sector, particularly in youth work and the development of educational programs. He has several years of experience in team leadership and communication with diverse target groups, and stands out in content creation, project promotion, and representing organizations to the public. His expertise in interreligious dialogue, youth engagement, and digital innovation brings additional value to the association’s marketing team.
Lawyer with experience in higher education, institutional development and regulatory drafting, currently employed at the University of Sarajevo in the Teaching Service and at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies as the Secretary of the Council. He led the largest student organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina for two terms, participated in the development of laws and strategies, and was a member of numerous university and professional bodies. He places special focus on strategic planning, improving the education system and empowering youth through legal and institutional reforms.
Midheta Beganović is a dedicated and proactive political scientist, recognized for her organizational skills, creativity, and team spirit. She has gained experience through sports, educational, and inclusive projects, standing out as a reliable, empathetic, and engaged member of the community.
Former European medalist and World Championship debater, now co-founder of the Balkan Debate Academy. Currently coaching the Debate Club at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Sarajevo, where I inspire young voices to grow through debate.
Muhamed is the founder of the Magnus Debate Club in Kakanj and former captain of the Ad factum Debate Club. A student at the Faculty of Islamic Studies, University of Sarajevo, he has competed in numerous state-level debate and public speaking tournaments, bringing valuable experience and passion for fostering critical thinking among young debaters.
